Mick Hoover

West Area/Kerber Milling Grain Solutions Team

As a Grain Solutions Provider, Mick seeks to inform clients of what is going on in the grain markets, and inform them of the potential risks. It’s also important for the client to know the variety products MaxYield has to offer and how they work. Many producers say, “tell me when the high is in and I’ll sell then.” Unfortunately no one knows when that day is. But working, together Mick knows he and the client can look at their position and see what tools fit their operation and when it makes sense to utilize them. Mick says, “It’s a great feeling when I lock the door at night feeling like I’ve done everything I can to reassure our farmers why they do business with MaxYield.”

Mick attended the West Bend-Mallard Community School. He has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Buena Vista University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and fishing with his family as well as playing baseball and basketball. Mick has been a MaxYield team member for over 11 years.
